I live in Nashville, TN and unlike Kansas City, there is a restaurant here called Which Wich. It is now quickly becoming one of my favorite places. I cannot stop eating there! This is how it works:

You look at the menu and there are like 10 categories…each category has a different meat or style…so for example, #1 is “Turkey” and there are like 3 or 4 different types of turkey sandwhiches. #7 is italian so you’ve got like 4 or 5 different italian style meats to pick from.

You then grab a brown paper bag that corresponds to the matching category and a red sharpie from a little bucket…Next you circle the sandwhich from that category that you’d like to eat. I really like the Club which is in the “classics” category. #9.

Then you just work your way down the brown bag and circle, your mayo, mustard, lettuce, pickle, onions…all that stuff. I LOVE that they have crispy onions you can put on it…and parmesan and oil & vinegar and jalepenos…it’s just great!

Then you write your name at the bottom and take it to the counter and pay! All sandwhiches are $5 which is a great deal! Some toppings add a $1 to the price but I don’t ever get those. I get a water cause its healthy and cheap and then they make your sandwhich and when its done they yell “Hot wich for Nathan!” and you eat it!

I love it!
