Here is a picture post. I had such an amazing weekend. 

This Will Destroy You played Friday night, they were really awesome. Such good sound and they were flawless

Mike from Lymbyc Systym. ALSO REALLY GOOD. My favorite band. 4th time seeing them.

Jared from Lymbyc Systym. He remembered us again! He said next time we’ll play with them for sure!

Sweet manny pad I skated at a gas station on the way to Manhattan to play a sweet show. Our band played well and it was fun to see some old friends.

Sweet sign we saw on the way home from Manhattan. I want to make our next shirts with this guy on it. I know its another Robot but he’s just so cool.

 

K well now I must sleep so I can work in a giant sterile clean room and sell awesome computers all week before I can do what I really love….playing a show next weekend.

They are $15 and are printed on nice American Apparel 50/50 shirts! Which are my fave ones by the way!!!

Thats about it really. I had a sucky day at work. It was busy and the weather sucked. I just wish I could sit on a couch, eat good dinner and watch tv all night with you.

GOODNIGHT

I love these people. I love hanging out at their place. They make me happy. I love skating with the guy and eating the girls food that she cooks. Its really good.

Tonight I skated pretty good. It was fun to have a little mini sesh. I put a lakai sticker on my laptop above the Apple. I’m stoked on it.

I’m stoked that I’m updating like once a day now. (I hope I didn’t jinx it.)

SOMETHING WORTH TYPING ABOUT…

I helped my band write this new song…It’s so fun to play. Its still in the early stages. I’m very happy with it though.

It’s far back so you can’t really see any detail of us but at least it sounds somewhat decent.

KEEPIN IT GOIN.

I’m trying to post more often. I played at church tonight. It felt good to be back. The sound system rules so hard there.

I got a haircut tonight. I don’t know about it yet, I hope it turns out to be good. I really hate my hair because its thick and not like cool or anything just like a big brillow pad. UGH

 

I work a lot this week. It means good money but I got spoiled last week not working much and getting to skate with Yossi. It was so much fun. I LOVE him and Cameron. They are so cool.

 

I don’t really have anything else to say.

Here’s the deal…

I really like this blog. I like the idea of it. I WISH I wrote in it more. I read lots of blogs from guys who update a lot. I guess their lifestyle just is different and they have more time for their respective blog(s). 

No one reads this. It’s the simple truth. Maybe when people are really board on the internet and they are like, “oh yeah, I’ll check Nathan’s blog…” It’s never like, log on…open safari, click iamnathanjohnson.com on the bookmarks list just to see if there is something new. I’m totally okay with that. It’s partly my fault too. I’m sorry.

It’s 2:50 AM right now. I’m not tired. This was the most boring night I’ve had in a while. I got off at 10PM and came home to change/get a snack and tried calling peeps to hang and stuff but everyone was busy or gone. I sat at home for a while doing nothing…went to taco bell alone and ate alone in the parking lot. It was okay though, I listened to some good Sea and Cake and played some fun TRIS on my iPhone. Now I’m just staying up really late surfin the net on my lappingtop.

 

When I first started this post, I was excited for where it was going. Now I just hate it. I have too much hate in my heart lately. Its like 60% hate, 40% love. I wish it would switch. 

 

Well I guess I’ll go. Hopefully I update more often. I really really want to. I promise. I need a good idea of something to do here to keep me coming back, like a daily list thing or something I do everyday specifically for this….who knows.

ps. I’ve been skating a lot lately and I love it. It’s so fun. I’ve lost some weight doing it which is sweet. I’m in pretty good shape from it too. Its also fun and I love learning new things and pushing my self to get better.

Good lunch is on the way

This is a sandwhich I had at lunch today. It is from Dean and Deluca. It was so good. It was also really big. I had Arizona sweet tea which was also good. It was not my mommas sweet tea though.
