Nathan Johnson has dedicated practice and profession to every facet of music. He creates records as both Meaning Machine and Enjoyer, the likes of which have scored national commercials and award winning short films. Nathan’s work on the film “Starved” earned him Best Sound Design from the New York International Short Film Awards.

Producing and mixing for new artists has been one of his most rewarding recent endeavors because, even though he’s been doing music for 26 years, his enthusiasm is fresh. When he’s not adding magic to a fellow artist’s record (or one of his own) he’s a touring musician. Touring combines some of Nathan's favorite things: playing live music and hunting down the best cappuccino in each city.

Nathan, as Meaning Machine, is recognized globally for his introspective instrumental prowess. Using vintage synths, ambient guitar, electronic beats and otherworldly sounds, he builds a unique atmosphere in each song.

Enjoyer is a three-friend band that outputs their love for all things analog, and all things technology. Using any instrument they can get their hands on, Nathan, J. Brandon Owens and Nathan Knox tetris creative digital editing and emotive sounds into immersive indie rock.
